Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to allow an occupant to give an instruction to change a vehicle driving plan without having to take a driving posture. A driving-plan-change instruction device 101 according to the present invention includes: a plan change determination unit 11 for determining whether it is possible for driving control device 23 to change a driving plan from a first driving plan which is currently being carried out to a second driving plan on the basis of positional information of objects around a vehicle; a line-of-sight determination unit 12 for determining whether the line of sight of an occupant in the vehicle is an operation line of sight in a direction corresponding to the second driving plan on the basis of line-of-sight information including information about the line of sight of the occupant; and an instruction unit 13 for giving the driving control device 23 a first instruction to carry out the second driving plan in place of the first driving plan when the plan change determination unit 11 has determined that driving plan change is possible and the line-of-sight determination unit 12 has determined that the line of sight of the occupant is the operation line of sight.
