Abstract:

PURPOSE: To operate a roller mill suitable for wet matter to be ground or matter to be ground transformed by temp. or a particle size.
CONSTITUTION: Temp. control signals are sent to a fuel regulator 23 from an outlet gas temp. regulator 21 and an inlet gas temp. regulator 22 to control the supply amt. of fuel to a hot air generation furnace 2. The temp. of a ground product is set to a temp. control system B for controlling the gas outlet and inlet temps. of a roller mill 4 on the basis of the temp. of the ground product discharged from a bag filter 6 by a product temp. setting device 31. A temp. control system C based on the temp. of the ground product sending a set temp. control signal from a product temp. regulator 32 to an outlet gas temp. regulator 21 is added. The temp. control signal from the product temp. regulator 32 is sent to a fuel regulator 23 through the outlet and inlet gas temp. regulators 21, 22 to control the supply amt. of fuel to the hot air generation furnace 2. As a result, a ground product having objective drying degree and properties can be obtained.
