Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an operational method for DL type sintering machine, by which exhaust gas matched to the necessary circulating quantity can be circulated without ejection of gas from a circulating gas hood and the stable operation corresponding to the circulating ratio and the quantity of a sintered ore can be kept.

CONSTITUTION: In the operational method for DL type sintering machine by an exhaust gas circulating system, by adjusting the relation between blast quantity per unit area of the circulating gas hood and blast quantity in the exhaust gas system, the pressure in the hood is kept to the negative pressure condition in the range of -0.5--3mm Aq. As the pressure in the hood is kept to the negative pressure, the ejection of the circulating exhaust gas in the hood is not generated, and as the adjustment of the circulating exhaust gas quantity is executed by this quantity per the unit area of the hood to a sintering layer surface, the operation can sufficiently be kept up with the increase of the necessary circulating quantity and the stability of the operation can be obtd.
