Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally predict a fault even when the operation state of the equipment is improved by periodic maintenance by registering the operation state of the equipment under the same operation conditions as a past operation state in a data base when the operation state does not change for a specific period.
SOLUTION: An operation-rate-by-operation-condition calculation part 201 calculates operation conditions and operation rates at intervals of, for example, 30 minutes, based on various input information, and classifies and stores the operation rates by the operation conditions. A change detection part 101 stores data of the latest one week on the calculated operation conditions and operation rates. When the latest operation rate data are sent from the change detection part 101, a data base registration and update part 202 judges whether or not past operation rate data for the same operation condition as the operation condition of the latest operation rate data are registered in the data base 203 and stores the latest operation rate data as past operation rate data corresponding to the operation condition in the data base 203 when not.
