To provide an operation switch wiring device which facilitates an address setup operation.

The operation switch wiring device comprises: a plurality of individual switches 11a-11d, to each of which an address corresponding to an address of a relay is allocated individually, for individually switching on/off the corresponding relay; a mode changeover switch 12 for switching an operation mode between an operation mode during which a transmission signal is output for switching on/off the corresponding relay in response to pressing of each individual switch, and an address setting mode during which the address corresponding to the address of the relay is set to each individual switch; an address decrement switch 13 for making decrement an address value assigned to the individual switch in response to being pressed; and liquid crystal display sections 14a-14d each for displaying thereon the address allocated to each individual switch.
