The operation switch has a rotation switch part 9, which is arranged to be possible to rotate by setting an axis direction appointed beforehand as a rotation axis to be movable in a perpendicular direction to a plane including the axis direction appointed beforehand on an occasion of operation of an electronic equipment, and a seesaw switch part 14 which is arranged so as to surround the rotation switch part and a seesaw movement is possible on a perpendicular direction as an axis. The seesaw sensor detects an amount of movement and a moving direction of the seesaw switch part and outputs a seesaw-detected signal, when the seesaw switch part is pressed. A jog sensor 11 detects an amount of rotation and a rotation direction of the rotation switch part, and outputs a rotation-detected signal. When the electric device is VTR, a frame sending is roughly carried out by the seesaw detected signal, and the frame sending is carried out finely, then the frame sending speed changes according to the amount of pressing of the seesaw switch part.
