The operation table column includes: a column leg 12; a column part 10 connected with the column leg; a head part 14 with a purpose of connection with the patient supporting face; and driving apparatuses 16, 18 and 20 including first elements 58 and 64 and second elements 56 and 68. The first element of the first driving apparatus 16 is connected with the column part, and the head part is rotatably connected with the second element of the first driving apparatus. The first element 58 of the second driving apparatus is rotatably connected with the column part, and the head part 14 is rotatably connected with the second element 56 of the second driving apparatus 18. The first element 64 of the third driving apparatus 20 is separated from the head part 14 and is connected with the second element 40 of the first driving apparatus 16, and the second element 68 of the third driving apparatus 20 is connected with the head part 14 through a universal joint 68.
