Abstract:
PURPOSE: To constitute the device so that training of a hovering operation can be executed without limit, and also, it is formed compactly, and anybody from a beginner to an expert can use it.
CONSTITUTION: The device is constituted by providing fixedly a hollow outer cylinder 3 to a base 1 in the vertical direction against its base, providing a movable member 4 being freely slidable vertically in the hollow outer cylinder 3, and providing a machine body fixing plate 14 through a joint such as a ball joint, etc., being slidable in every direction in the upper end of the movable member 4.
