To provide an operation valve capable of solving inconvenience caused by an operation cock.SOLUTION: An operation valve comprises: a valve that controls the circulation of fluid; a cylindrical operation part that opens and closes the valve by rotation in a circumferential direction, and comprises a first step parallel to a central axis in the circumferential direction; an accommodation part that comprises a flow path for the fluid on the inside and a second step on the outside, which corresponds to the first step in a first state where the valve is closed, and that accommodates the valve; and an elastic body that biases the operation part toward the accommodation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
