To provide an operation work automation system enabling an end user to easily prepare and execute operation.

In an operation work automation system including an operation object system executing operation work, operation flow indicating the operation work of an end user includes, according to a flow order, an operation work repository that is described with a predetermined description language, an operation work screen display unit that displays the operation work repository on a screen, and an operation work execution unit that executes the operation work repository displayed by the operation work screen display unit and executes operation work with respect to the operation objet system.
