To structure a system of an operator authentication management system using biorecognition in which an especially valid operator maintains a service terminal device, security is ensured, secrecy of biological information is ensured and privacy of the operator is ensured.

A biometrics sensor 10 detects the biological information including finger prints, vein information and the like of the operator and a biometrics part 11 authenticates validity of the operator. A function of a non-contact IC chip 9 is activated and the identification information of a service terminal device is obtained based on identification information of a mobile wireless terminal device at a service terminal device side and time information is obtained at the same time. Both pieces of the information are sent to a management server and are judged for validity and then key information is obtained from the management server. Then, validity judgement of the operator is conducted at the service terminal device based on the key information and the time information which allows maintenance operation of the service terminal device to be conducted only by the valid operator in a true sense.
