Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: subjecting an ophthalmic composition containing components (A), (B) and (D) to repeated cycles of freezing and thawing causes a deterioration in the permeability of the ophthalmic composition, the component (A) being berberine or a salt thereof.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic composition contains (A) berberine or a salt thereof, (B) at least one selected from (B1) vitamin A and (B2) vitamin E, (C) phenylephrine or a salt thereof and (D) a nonionic surfactant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
