Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment device that emits a laser beam having a preferable spot size to a treated area.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment device comprises: an observation optical system that observes a patient's eye; a first emission optical system that emits a first laser beam for treatment to the patient's eye; a second emission optical system that emits a second laser beam for treatment to the patient's eye; a first guide optical system that emits first guide light for guiding emission of the first laser beam to the patient's eye; and a second guide optical system that emits second guide light for guiding emission of the second laser beam to the patient's eye. The second emission optical system makes a spot size of the second laser beam on a reference plane bigger than a spot size of the first laser beam on the reference plane by moving a light focusing position of the second laser beam away from or closer to the reference plane where the observation optical system comes into focus. The first guide optical system and the second guide optical system focus the first guide light and the second guide light on the reference plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
