Abstract:
To provide an ophthalmologic composition for a nonionic silicone hydrogel contact lens suppressing the adhesion of the corneal epithelial cell to the nonionic silicone hydrogel contact lens.
The ophthalmologic composition for the nonionic silicone hydrogel contact lens contains tranilast and/or a salt thereof because the tranilast and/or the salt thereof has activity of inhibiting the adhesion of the corneal epithelial cell to the nonionic silicone hydrogel contact lens.
