PURPOSE: To facilitate the longitudinal alignment, in an ophthalmologic device requiring the positioning of a subject eye into a prescribed positional relation to an inspecting means, by providing a judging means for judging the longitudinal alignment state to the subject eye on the basis of the detection result by a detecting optical system.
CONSTITUTION: When a subject eye E is set in a prescribed position, and a device is started, the corneal reflected images of light sources 26, 31 are projected on a TV monitor 44 together with the front eye part image of the subject eye by the lighting of the light sources 26, 31. A testee moves an optical system to the subject eye by the operation of a joy stick in such a manner that the corneal reflected luminous point is set in the center of an alignment mark, and roughly aligns the optical system. The coordinate position of the corneal center is detected from the corneal reflected luminous point position of the image by a control device, and the displacement and displacing direction between the coordinate position of corneal center of the subject eye and the optical axis central position are arithmetically calculated. The arithmetic result is displayed on the TV monitor 44, and the device is moved according to the display.
