Abstract:
To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of preventing a subject's eye from being mistaken for the other eye, and an operation method for the same.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: an anterior eye part image acquisition part that acquires an anterior eye part image of a subject's eye; an iris information detection part that detects iris information on the subject's eye from the anterior eye part image acquired by the anterior eye part image acquisition part; and a right-or-left-eye identification part that executes identification of a right or left eye as the subject's eye with reference to a database in which the iris information on the right and left eyes of each subject is pre-stored, on the basis of iris information detected by the iris information detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
