PURPOSE: To recover oil adhered to a ground waste such as stainless steel, etc., continuously and efficiently without any leak to outside of an apparatus.
CONSTITUTION: This recovery method consists of a first oil separation process where a ground waste 4 such as stainless steel, etc., adhered with oil is compressed, the oil is separated and a material to be dry-distilled 7 is formed, a transfer process where the material to be dry-distilled 7 is transferred to a dry distillation process, a dry distillation process where a heating furnace 8 is provided along the line and the material to be dry-distilled 7 is dry-distilled by transferring from the inlet to the outlet the material to be dry-distilled 7 arranged in a row by pushing in order the material 7 transferred from the transfer process with a squeezing pusher 13 into a long dry distillation column 11 provided with intermittently working air tight intercepting shutters 9 and 10 respectively at an inlet and an outlet, and heating the heating furnace 8, a second oil separation process where the oil is separated by cooling a dry-distilled gas 14 generated in the dry distillation process and a post-treatment process where the material to be dried 7 excreted from the outlet of the dry distillation column 11 is cooled.
