Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an optical apparatus for determining aggregation patterns with a high accuracy in the detection of an aggregation pattern and saved labor in signal processing.

CONSTITUTION: An optical apparatus for determining aggregation patterns comprises a lens holder 2 having a built-in plurality of light transmitting holes 2A with an image-forming lens 1, an LED array 3 placed along the light transmitting holes 2A, and a CCD line sensor 4 equipped corresponding to the light transmitting holes 2A on the other face of the lens holder 2. A microplate 52 for forming an aggregation pattern corresponding to the light transmitting holes 2A of the lens holder 2 is freely removably placed between the LED array 3 and the lens holder 2. In addition, the image-forming lens 1 is provided in each of the light transmitting holes 2A of the lens holder 2 while it is supported by a cylindrical lens stopper 1A. This image-forming lens 1 comprises an achromat lens.
