This optical apparatus is provided with: an opening part with the optical component 1 arranged in the inside; a frame 10, having a coefficient of linear expansion different from a coefficient of linear expansion of the optical component 1, the frame 10 and the optical component 1 adhering and fixing to each other by an adhesive 15. In the optical apparatus, the frame 10 is provided with a positioning part for bringing the optical component 1 into close contact with the inner surface 12 of the opening part, to position the optical component 1, and the adhesive 15 adheres to the frame 10 and the optical component 1, only at a first adhering part that adheres only to the frame 10 and a second adhering part that adheres only to the optical component, wherein the first adhering part and the second adhering part are independent with respect to the inner surface 12.
