Abstract:
To improve the contrast of hyper-spectral camera (HSC) using an LVF at low cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a hyper-spectral camera 100 comprising: a linear variable filter (LVF) 102 including a region where an optical thin film constituting a band-pass filter, a short-pass filter and a long-pass filter is arranged and a light transmissive region where the optical thin film is not arranged and the amount of transmitted light per unit area is larger than for the optical thin film; and a two-dimensional image sensor 105 for receiving light having passed through the LVF 102 and capturing an image while moving the LVF 102 relative to an imaging object, the two-dimensional image sensor 105 capturing a plurality of different single-wavelength images on the basis of the light having passed through the optical thin film and capturing a plurality of wide-band images in a wavelength band including different single wavelengths on the basis of the light having passed through the light transmissive region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
