Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which, even when the number of barrier blades is increased and the outside diameter of a lens tube relative to an opening in a barrier mechanism is reduced, prevents a gap from occurring in a section where barrier blades are joined together in a closed state or in the opening, without causing a structure to become complicated or the ease of assembly to decline.SOLUTION: An optical apparatus has a main barrier blade supported rotatably in a direction in which an opening 5a is opened/closed relative to a barrier tube via a first shaft 1a, and a plurality of sub-barrier blades supported rotatably in a direction in which the opening 5a is opened/closed relative to a second shaft 1b provided on subject side of the main barrier blade. The second shaft 1b is disposed in parallel to the first shaft 1a.
