Abstract:

To provide a reflection film superior in transmissivity in the visible region and superior in reflecting properties in the infrared region, by forming a light-transmitting infrared reflecting film by providing a first multilayer film having a multilayered structure of a high- refractive index material and a low-refractive index material, and a second multilayer film having a multilayered structure of a high-refractive index material, the low-refractive index material, and an intermediate-refractive index material, and specifying the optical thickness of each film.

An infrared reflecting film 3 is constituted by laminating a first multilayer film 31, a second multilayer film 32, and a third multilayer film 33, in this order, from the outer surface side of a glass bulb 2 serving as a base body. When an alternately layered structure of a low-refraction material layer (L), a high-refraction material layer (H), and low-refraction material layer (L), is defined as one cycle, the first multilayer film 31 is provided which is X times this cycle, and is set to [(L/2) H (L/2)]x set, where X is an integer which is equal to or greater than 2. Both of the second multilayer film 32 and the third multilayer film 3 have, as one cycle, five layers consisting of a low-refraction material layer (L), an intermediate-refraction material layer (M), a high-refraction material layer (H), an intermediate refraction material layer (M), and a low-refraction material layer (L).
