To make the rotating operation of drive gears using a standard screwdriver even in case the tip of the standard screwdriver can not have access to the drive gears from a position which permits the screwdriver to make manipulation.

An aiming screw 16 which can tilt a reflector 13 is held rotatably on the wall 12 of a lamp housing 11, and drive gears 17 and 18 to mesh with the gear-shaped tip of a screwdriver 35 orthogonally intersecting the aiming screw 16 are mounted on the screw outer end protruding from the wall 12 to outside the lamp housing 11. A shaft 34 has one end furnished with a gear part 34a meshed with the drive gears 17 and 18 and the other end which is equipped with a recess 34b where the tip 35b of the screwdriver 35 can be in engagement, and is held on the outer surface of the wall 12 rotatably.
