A placing part 110 on which an optical apparatus 4 is placed and which positions the optical device 4 to an optical axis adjusting position P1 and an image checking position P2, an optical axis adjusting screen 121 which has the dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the reference projection image of the optical device 4 and is installed in a position shorter than the reference projection distance of the optical device 4 with respect to the optical device 4 located in the optical axis adjusting position P1, and an image checking screen 122 installed at a reference projection distance with respect to the optical device 4 located in the image checking position P2. The image checking screen 122 is set in its transverse dimensions smaller than the reference projection image dimensions and greater in its longitudinal dimensions than the reference projection image dimensions. The placing part 110 can move the optical device 4 in the transverse direction of the image checking screen 122 from the image checking position P2.
