Abstract:

To provide an optical axis adjustment device of vehicle lamp unit not giving an excessive load on a motor at a time of leveling adjustment.

The device is provided with an outer bracket of a ring shape, an inner bracket of a ring shape connected with the outer bracket in a free swinging with a swinging axis extending in a perpendicular direction in-between, a lamp unit connected with an inside of the inner bracket in a free swinging with a horizontal swinging axis extending in a horizontal direction in-between, a leveling motor having a leveling motor body fixed with the inner bracket or the lamp unit and an output axis for making the lamp unit swing in a vertical direction with the horizontal swinging axis as a center against the inner bracket by changing a protruded part by the motor body, and an AFS motor having an AFS motor body fixed with the outer bracket and an output axis connected with the perpendicular swinging axis and making the lamp unit swing in a horizontal direction against the outer bracket.
