PURPOSE: To shorten the length of a carrier line for a book chit carrier system to miniaturize the entitled reader by installing a single stacker for accomodating directly reversed book chits in the downstream side of a reversing roller mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: A fetching roller 5a of a fetching mechanism 5 is inter-locked with a reversing roller 6a of a reversing roller mechanism 6. Simultaneously, any one of these rollers in driven by a stepping motor 10 of which operation is controlled on the basis of the book chit control information detected by a photoelectric coverting part 9e. The fetching roller 5a in inter-locked with rotating bodies 4a, 4b of a rotating part 4 through electromagnetic clutch 13. The interruption of the electromagnetic clutch is controlled on the basis of the book chit control information detected by the photoelectric converting part 9e.
