Abstract:
To relax a demand for high-precision wavelength control over a laser light source in a remote node as to an optical circuit which modulates and outputs input light and a wavelength multiplex optical network constituted by using optical circuit.
An optical ADM 1 outputs branched light in a specific wavelength band among a plurality of wavelength multiplexed input light beams to an input port 2, and inserts and outputs the light which arrives from the outside. An optical amplifying means 6 amplifies the light in the specific wavelength band to branch port 4 branched by the optical ADM 1. An optical modulating means 7 modulates and outputs the amplified output light and inserts it through the insertion port of the optical ADM 1.
