PURPOSE: To easily alter radiating distance while preventing ozone from leaking by reversing upside down of lamp cooling or holding block provided in an implement body.

CONSTITUTION: A block 2 to which the position of a heat pipe inserting hole 2f of the block 2 is secured between the upper and lower faces of the block 2 and a heat pipe 4 is inserted is temporarily removed, the upper face is reversed, and the pipe 4 is again inserted to the hole 2f of the block 2. Thus, the position of a lamp 1 can be altered, and since the alteration of the position of the lamp l is conducted without altering before and after the alteration of the position of an implement body 12, the consideration of the ozone leakage upon alteration of the lamp position is eliminated.
