Abstract:
To provide an optical component that has an adhesive structure of an optical lens and a metal housing using a low cure shrinkage UV curable adhesive, and prevents positional deviation over time in use environments (high temperature, high temperature and high humidity, and temperature cycle) to allow high positional accuracy.SOLUTION: In an optical component having an adhesion part formed of an adhesive structure that bonds and fixes an optical lens and a metal housing using a UV curable adhesive including a filler formed of metal oxide in an amount of 50 mass% or more and at least one or more types of adhesives, the adhesion part is such that the UV curable adhesive satisfying the following first requirement and second requirement is arranged at a center part, and 50% or more of a surface of the UV curable adhesive not including a part to be bonded with an addition polymerization silicone rubber adhesive satisfying the following third requirement. First requirement: a water absorption of 0.5% or less in an environment of 85°C and 85%; second requirement: Tg of 105°C or more; third requirement: a heat loss of 0.3% or less in an environment of 105°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
