Abstract:

To provide an optical component capable of preventing flare and ghost by reducing reflectance, to provide a method of manufacturing the optical component, and to provide a lens assembly and a method of manufacturing the lens assembly.

A wafer lens 1 has a substrate 10 having a front surface and a back surface, diaphragms 20 and 30 formed on at least one of both sides of the substrate 10, and lenses 42 and 52 composed of curable resin formed on at least one of both sides of the substrate 10, wherein recesses and projections 20a and 30a having a shorter pitch than wavelength of a visible light region are formed on the surfaces of the diaphragms 20 and 30.
