Abstract:
To prevent erroneous detection made by a light receiving element due to light emitted from a light emitting device.SOLUTION: A first member 310 has a surface 312. On a cross section in the vertical direction with respect to a first surface 102 of a substrate 100, the surface 312 is inclined with respect to the first surface 102 of the substrate 100 at an acute angle toward a normal direction of the first surface 102 of the substrate 100. The first member 310 includes a first portion 310a and a second portion 310b. The second portion 310b is further separated from the first surface 102 of the substrate 100 than the first portion 310a. On the cross section in the vertical direction with respect to the first surface 102 of the substrate 100, the second portion 310b projects further toward a direction separating from a light emitting area 140 than the first portion 310a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
