To provide an optical diffusion sheet which hardly causes curl even when the thickness is made thin, and to provide a resin composition used for the optical diffusion sheet.
The optical diffusion sheet comprises a support and an optical diffusion layer formed on the support. In the optical diffusion sheet, fine particles (C) are dispersed into a binder resin obtained from acryl polyol (A) having the glass transition temperature in the range of 0 to 70°C and polyisocyanate (B) which has isocyanate groups in the proportion of 10 wt.% or less per one molecule and has the net weight of atoms constituting aromatic rings in one molecule in the proportion of 10 wt.% or less to the molecular weight, in the proportion of 20 to 200 pts.wt. to the binder resin 100 pts.wt. Therein, the optical diffusion layer has the storage modulus at 50°C of 50 MPa or less.
