Abstract:

To provide an optical disk device which surely performs seeking even when an optical disk is warped.

A tilt adjustment value from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of then optical disk 10 is obtained and stored into a memory. When seeking is performed from a start address to a target address, a tilt adjustment value A of the start address or a tilt adjustment value C of the target address is not used as it is, but a tilt adjustment value kc(k1) is used during large seeking to the vicinity of the target address, and the tilt adjustment value C is used during small seeking from the vicinity of the target address to the target address.
