Title:
OPTICAL DISK, OPTICAL DISK RECORDER AND OPTICAL REPRODUCER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3828610
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a video and a voice from being interrupted by classifying the set of a data strings into first and second sets, dividing the classified set into sets and recording data while multiplexing the divided two sets of data alternately.
SOLUTION: On an optical disk, data A1, A2, A3,... in which the set of a first data string is divided into capacities smaller a little than the natural number N-fold (in the figure, natural number N=1) of a track capacity and data B1, B2, B3,... in which the set of a second data string is divided into capacities larger a little than the natural number M-fold of the track capacity are alternately recorded in the arrow direction from an inner periphery. Thus, at the time of reproducing the first set, the data are reproduced roughly continously by intermittently reproducing the data while selecting only the first data string. As a result, even when a reproduction processing capable of performing a reproduction at a relatively slow speed is used, the video and the voice or the like are reproduced continously without being interrupted.
