Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent entering and deposition of outside dust by enclosing an optical pickup, a cassette loading mechanism and a pickup drive unit or the like with a case having a cassette loading/unloading port and sealing the cassette loading/unloading port with 1st and 2nd covers. CONSTITUTION:A 1st cover 1 is provided with an opening 1a through which a cassette 10 with a disk contained therein is passed and ball bearings 1b, 1c and engages the ball bearings 1b, 1c freely with a shaft 5c of a front operating panel 5 and seals a cassette passing hole 5a of the front operating panel 5 externally through the press of a spring 4. Moreover, the 1st cover is provided with a rotary shaft 2a and locks the 2nd cover 2 sealing the opening 1a from the inside of the device while using a spring 3 for pressing to the rotary shaft 2a freely turnably with the ball bearing 1b. Thus, entering and deposition of outside dust are prevented.
