Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic device superior in photoelectric conversion efficiency by forming a smooth hole take-out layer according to a coating method.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic device comprises at least, a cathode, a photoelectric conversion layer, a hole take-out layer and an anode in this order. The hole take-out layer includes a compound represented by the general formula (1) below. (In the formula (1), "R" represents an alkyl group with 4-15 carbon atoms or an alkanoyl group with 4-15 carbon atoms; and "n" represents a natural number of 1-20.)SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
