PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element module capable of improving flexibility of a product shape and the like.SOLUTION: An optical element module 1 comprises an optical element 2, a resin substrate 6, a lead frame 3, a resin holder 7 and a lens 8. The resin substrate 6 and the resin holder 7 are made of resin and fixed by deposition or adhesion. The resin substrate 6 and the resin holder 7 have reflow heat resistance. The lens 8 is assembled or insert molded to the resin holder 7.
