Abstract:
To provide an optical element capable of controlling illuminance, and an optical system device using the same.SOLUTION: An optical element 1 for irradiating a predetermined target surface 5 with light incident from a predetermined position O, comprises an incident surface 11 for receiving light from the predetermined position O and an outgoing surface 12 for emitting light passing through the incident surface 11. The incident surface 11 and the outgoing surface 12 are shaped to refract light so as to uniformize illuminance in the target surface 5.
