Abstract:
To provide a light-emitting device, having a first light source and a second light source which has a higher optical output than the first light source and is structured to be driven independently of the first light source, the light-emitting device being capable of suppressing degradation in optical density at an irradiation surface in the light emitted from the first light source, as compared to a structure irradiating light from the first light source at the same spread angle as that of the second light source used for diffusion irradiation.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 4 includes: a light source 10 for proximity detection which oscillates in a single transverse mode; a light source 20 for 3D shape measurement which has a higher optical output than the light source 10 for proximity detection, is structured to be driven independently of the light source 10 for proximity detection and oscillates in a multiple transverse mode; and a diffuser panel 30 mounted on an emission route of the light source 20 for 3D shape measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
