A size a on a short side 10Y of the cable portion is 2.0±0.2 mm, and a size b on a long side 10X thereof is 3.1±0.2 mm. When an overall height of the cable from the cable portion 10 to the support line portion 20 is defined as x, and a height of the neck portion is defined as y, a conditional expression y≤0.7524x-3.98292 is satisfied. Furthermore, the support line portion has an external diameter of at most 3.0 mm, and the neck portion has a height of at most 1.0 mm.
