Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber temperature distribution measuring apparatus including an auxiliary function capable of enabling a user to more easily and accurately set a suitable loss value while observing temperature distribution.SOLUTION: The optical fiber temperature distribution measuring apparatus includes: an operation control unit 80 for making an optical pulse incident from one end side of an optical fiber 10 laid by a predetermined length, extracting Stokes light and anti-Stokes light from Raman backward-scattered light obtained from the optical fiber and inputting receiving signal levels obtained by converting respective intensity values into electric signals and a reference temperature signal measured on the one-end side to calculate the temperature distribution of the predetermined length; display means 90 for displaying the temperature distribution; approximate straight line generation means 100 for calculating an approximate straight line on the basis of a plurality of data indicating the temperature distribution and displaying the approximate straight line on the display means; and temperature distribution correction means 200 for inputting a correction signal for correcting a fiber transmission loss difference between the Stroke light and the anti-Stroke light and making the approximate straight line coincide with known temperature distribution characteristics.
