Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an optical film having enhanced manufacturing efficiency by suppressing breakage after drawing process.SOLUTION: Provided is an optical film manufacturing method in which, in drawing process of the optical film consisting of a resin composition containing a rubber-containing copolymer and an amorphous thermoplastic resin, the drawing process includes drawing in a transportation direction and drawing in a direction orthogonal to the transportation direction, and the temperature Te [°C] of the outermost end part of the optical film and the temperature Tc [°C] of the center part of the optical film during drawing in the transportation direction satisfy, respectively, a relationship represented by the formulae (1) and (2). Te>Tg+25 (1). Tg-10≤Tc≤Tg+25 (2). Tg=the glass transition temperature of the resin composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
