Abstract:
An objection of the present invention is to provide a method for transporting optical film which is capable of continuously transporting a film without causing defects such as folding, cracking, bursting and breaking of the optical film. The method for transporting optical film is a method of transporting the optical film along a transporting path including a nip roll which is composed by a pair of rolls (42). When the optical film passes between the pair of rolls (42), the pressure applied to the end portion in the width direction of the optical film is smaller than the pressure applied to the center portion in the width direction of the optical film.
