The optical filter includes: a transparent substrate; the mesh-like electromagnetic wave shield layer arranged on the surface of the transparent substrate; and a functional layer formed on the surface of the electromagnetic wave shield layer, wherein the surface roughness Ra of the electromagnetic wave shield layer is over 0.02 m.
