Abstract:
To provide an optical filter having an infrared shielding function and an ND function which have good adhesion and a small change in transmittance with time while suppressing warpage and undulation.SOLUTION: In an optical filter of the present invention, an ND film and an infrared shielding film having different stress directions are formed in this order, and a stress buffer film is provided between the ND film and the infrared shielding film. The stress buffer film is a metal film or an inclined film whose composition is continuously changed. An optical filter may be used for a light amount adjusting device. The light amount adjusting device may be used for an imaging apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
