Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter that offers a high reflection reducing effect and superior environmental resistance, and to provide a light volume adjusting unit and an optical device.SOLUTION: An optical filter comprises a transparent substrate, a multilayer thin film provided on top of the transparent substrate, and a fine structure provided on top of the multilayer thin film and configured to have a pitch no greater than visible-ray wavelengths, where ends of the multilayer thin film are covered with the fine structure. Preferably, a light volume adjusting unit may have at least either the optical filter or an ND filter to adjust light volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
