Abstract:
To provide an optical information detector fixing jig for a semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding training system which is easily carried to the welding site and can prevent spatters from adhering to an optical information detector in the semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding training system for notifying a welder in real time when the torch operation of the semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding deviates from an appropriate range.SOLUTION: In a semi-automatic gas shielded arc welding training system, the length can be adjusted by combining a hollow rod-like rigid body 4b with a rod-like rigid body 4a having a smaller radius. Further, the fluid is passed through the inside of a jig 1 for fixing an optical information detector 2, and the fluid is blown off from a discharge port 5 having a width equal to or larger than that of the optical information detector to blow off spatters flying toward the optical information detector 2, thereby preventing the adhesion of the spatters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
