Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the information processing device which can make a large quantity of data processing by successively installing a 1st polarizing film, a magnetic material thin film, and a 2nd polarizing film having the polarization direction rotated at a prescribed angle with the polarization direction of the 1st polarizing film to an optical modulating means. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic thin film 22 consisting of a TbFeCo amorphous alloy having from about 100 to 1,000Angstrom thickness is deposited by a sputtering method on a light transparent substrate 21 consisting of a polycarbonate plate having 0.7mm thickness and further, SiO2 is deposited by a CVD method as a dielectric protective film 23 thereon. Polarizing films 24 and 25 are stuck to both front and rear surfaces of the multilayered thin films by shifting the polarization directions thereof from each other at the prescribed angles. The multilayered thin films formed in such a manner are housed in the light transparent resins (acrylic resins, etc.) 26, 28 packed in a container 30 and are so disposed as to face a light emitting element 27 and light receiving element 29 installed on the inside surface of the container 30 via the light transparent resins 26, 28.
