Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optical information processor with a large number of pixels by restricting the temperature rise of elements due to heating of a light emitting part in an optical information processor integrated like an array.
SOLUTION: This is an optical information processor in which a light receiving part 3, an arithmetic processing part 2 for processing information received by the light receiving part 3, and a light emitting part 5 for outputting the arithmetic result of the arithmetic processing part 2 are arranged like an array. In this device, a sheet-shaped radiating member 7 having satisfactory thermal conductivity is arranged so as to be brought into contact with the light emitting part 5. A graphite film prepared in a heating process for burning a high polymer film as start materials in an inactive gas atmosphere in a temperature range leading to graphitization by controlling the increasing temperature.
