To provide an optical lens film capable of sufficiently securing the brightness of emitted light and, at the same time, capable of reducing the light quantity of light emitted in the side surface direction.
The optical lens film 1 comprises a base body 7 and protrusion parts 2 as an optical element structure. The base body 7 has a principal surface and a back surface located on the side opposite to the principal surface. The protrusion parts 2 are formed on at least one side of the principal surface and the back surface of the base body 7 and changes the proceeding direction of the light. The structure of the protrusion parts 2 is determined such that the emission range (brightness security region) of the light transmitted and emitted by the base body 7 and the protrusion parts 2 gets to narrower than the emission range (brightness security region) of the light transmitted and emitted by the base body 7 when the optical element structure is not formed.
